Immediate starts are available following a successful interview process. Our client is a leading independent supplier of materials handling equipment and warehouse racking solutions.This is a position of responsibility, integral to the day-to-day running of a busy service office. You will support the Service Controller and provide marketing support, requiring excellent time management, administration skills, flexibility, and strong people skills.Your Role as Service Admin and Sales SupportScheduling work via telephone and emailLogging service callsProcessing invoices and purchase ordersOrdering and booking in partsHandling customer and supplier queriesGenerating reports and compiling quotesSupporting telesales, marketing calls, and mailshotsGeneral admin duties including filing and postal tasks RequirementsPrevious experience in administration or service support roles desirableStrong organisational and time management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and work under pressureComputer literate with knowledge of office systemsAttention to detail and accuracy in record keepingFlexible and adaptable approach Pay and Shifts 13.00 per hourMonday to Friday:08:00 AM - 17:00 ..... full job details .....
