These platforms are used to deliver automated request fulfilment, event management and workflow automation across customer environments. The role provides technical ownership of runbooks and integrations with ServiceNow, SCOM, Active Directory, Azure AD / Entra ID and related enterprise platforms. Operating within a highly governed, ITIL-aligned service model, the post-holder ensures automation services are available, secure, compliant and delivered in line with agreed SLAs, change controls and operational standards.
