We''re recruiting on behalf of a leading organisation within the Financial Services sector seeking an engineer to support and enhance its enterprise server infrastructure.This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative infrastructure team, working in a secure enterprise environment where you''ll be responsible for maintaining business-critical systems while contributing to infrastructure upgrades and transformation projects.Location: Central London (2 3 days onsite per week)Key Responsibilities Build, configure, deploy, maintain, and decommission both physical and virtual Windows Servers.Manage and support enterprise Microsoft Windows Server environments, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate server administration and improve operational efficiency.Administer core Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.Support and maintain VMware vSphere infrastructure (Hyper-V experience also considered).Carry out Windows Server patching, upgrades, security hardening, and vulnerability remediation.Investigate and resolve server and infrastructure incidents, performing root cause analysis where required.Support infrastructure ..... full job details .....
