Main Responsibilities of the Role: Report directly to and collaborating with the owners to ensure performance targets are met. Aid in leading and develop the Serious Injury and Clinical Negligence Department, ensuring the delivery of exceptional legal services and client care. Manage a complex caseload of high-value Serious Injury and Clinical Negligence matters from inception to conclusion. Provide supervision, technical guidance, and mentoring to other Fee Earners, and support staff within the department.
