What you''ll do: Manage your own caseload of employer''s liability (EL) and public liability (PL) claims, including those valued well into the Multi Track, ensuring each case receives thorough attention and strategic direction. Handle catastrophic injury claims primarily arising from industrial accidents, assisting senior team members on these complex matters to deliver outstanding results for clients. Act for direct corporate clients as well as insurers of commercial entities and intermediaries acting as third party administrators to underwriters of commercial and combined risks.
