This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients and their families, managing cases that have a significant impact on their lives while developing your expertise in this highly specialised area of law.Key responsibilities will include:Managing a caseload of complex serious injury claims, particularly traumatic brain injury matters.There may also be opportunities to undertake clinical negligence work, depending on experience and interests.Running high-value multi-track litigation from inception through to settlement or trial.Advising clients and their families throughout the claims process.Conducting client visits, including home and hospital visits where required.Working alongside medical experts, case managers and rehabilitation ..... full job details .....
