Role: Serious Injury Fee Earner - Grade C Location: Wakefield, West Yorkshire Contract: Full time, permanent, hybrid Salary: £33,000 - £44,000 We are working with a leading law firm based in Wakefield who are looking to appoint a Serious Injury Fee Earner - Grade C to join their established serious injury team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced legal professional to take responsibility for an interesting and varied caseload of claimant serious injury matters, working alongside experienced fee earners and a wider team of legal professionals. The Role As a Serious Injury Fee Earner - Grade C, you will support the progression and management of a portfolio of complex serious injury claims, predominantly arising from road traffic accidents. The role will involve matters where liability, causation and quantum can be complex, with claim values typically ranging from £200,000 to £1 million. You will take ownership of agreed elements of cases, ensuring matters progress efficiently and clients receive a high level of service throughout their claim. Key Responsibilities Supporting the progression and management of a portfolio of serious injury claims. Taking responsibility for agreed aspects of cases and ensuring key deadlines and milestones are met. Undertaking chargeable legal work and carrying out legal research as required.
