The role will involve managing a caseload of claimant RTA-related serious injury claims, typically valued up to £50,000. This is a highly client-focused position, combining technical litigation expertise with significant responsibility for supporting clients through complex and often life-changing circumstances.The RoleAs a Serious Injury Fee Earner, you will take ownership of your own caseload, acting as the key point of contact for clients from initial instruction through to settlement or litigation.
