We are looking for a dynamic and inspirational Store/Retail/Counter Manager to lead, coach and develop our team of Sales Associates to achieve all sales, customer service and operational targets. Candidates should have proven leadership, coaching and business management skills gained in a fast paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach and develop the Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service and operational targets.

Create and execute an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, in-store events and exceptional customer relationship management.

Provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.

Manage day-to-day store operations including inventory, facilities management and cash reconciliation.

Lead a high-performing team, driving sales and customer satisfaction through effective people management and coaching.

Plan and execute in-store events to promote the brand and drive traffic.

Collaborate with senior management to align store goals with broader business objectives.

Qualifications

Proven retail management/assistant retail management experience, preferably within cosmetics.

Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.

Experience in business planning including setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis and staff scheduling.

Experience in retail operations including inventory management, facilities management and cash reconciliation.

Proven track record of leading a team to achieve sales and customer service targets.

Experience creating and executing in-store events.

Willingness to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with retail point-of-sale software.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.
