Responsibilities
Support SEO implementation across our websites following specific guidelines.Update and maintain project management tools and performance tracking systems.Create visually appealing content and marketing materials using Canva and other design tools.Update dashboards with performance data and assist with regular reporting and analytics.Support multimedia strategy implementation (photos, videos) for digital campaigns.Help organise and promote in-person and online events through digital channels.Develop knowledge of our subject areas to contribute to metadata and technical optimisation.Work closely with the content team to ensure digital assets align with our brand messaging.Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Communications, or related field.Understanding of SEO principles and content optimisation techniques.Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.Analytical mindset with ability to understand and interpret basic performance metrics.Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow specific instructions.Strong time management skills with ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Desire to learn and grow within a structured marketing environment.Experience with Google Analytics and Search Console.Understanding of conversion rate optimisation principles.Familiarity with project management tools (Monday.com preferred).Knowledge of healthcare or mental health sectors.Proficiency in image editing software.What We Offer
