As they continue to scale, SEO is central to their growth plans, and you will join a digital function that is investing heavily in capability, tooling, and data-driven decision-making. They value initiative, curiosity, and a proactive approach to optimisation.The Role Lead the SEO roadmap and deliver on key performance objectives across technical, content and on-site optimisation. Use Screaming Frog, Search Console and other tools to identify opportunities and resolve issues. Conduct keyword research, analyse site performance, and develop actionable strategies that drive revenue and visibility. Collaborate with content, trading and wider digital teams to improve site architecture and user experience. Monitor KPIs, report on performance, and highlight opportunities for continuous improvement. Stay current with SEO best practices and contribute to wider channel development.Your Skills and Experience Strong commercial experience working with Screaming Frog and Google Search Console.
