Supply Desk is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and inclusive school in the Brighton area. The school is seeking a dedicated and compassionate SENTA with a specialist in SEMH support.

The Role:
- Providing tailored support to pupils with SEMH needs on a 1:1 or small group basis
- Supporting the class teacher in managing behaviour and promoting positive learning outcomes
- Helping to create a safe, supportive, and structured learning environment
- Working collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and external agencies
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Previous experience supporting children with SEMH needs
- Strong behaviour management and emotional regulation strategies
- A calm, patient, and empathetic approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A valid DBS registered on the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one through Supply Desk)
