About the Role:
We''re seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to join our production team. In this role, you will follow established processes to support the assembly and inspection of high-quality electronic products. Flexibility to work overtime during busy periods is essential to meet customer deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with assembly and inspection throughout the production cycle.

• Follow detailed work instructions to meet production goals and quality standards.

• Support electronics assembly quality checks.

• Maintain accurate production documentation for traceability and compliance.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at zero defects and process excellence

What We''re Looking For:

• Strong hand soldering skills, meeting IPC Class 3 standards (IPC-J-STD-001, IPC-610, IPC-7711/7721).

• Experience with box build or similar manufacturing processes.
