We are looking for- Supply Teaching Assistants -to work across- SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) and SEN settings , supporting pupils who may need additional help with their learning, behaviour, emotional wellbeing and confidence. You do-not necessarily need previous experience working in a school. We welcome applicants who have developed valuable transferable skills through other roles and life experiences. Your experience could include: Working as a-care worker or support worker, particularly supporting vulnerable individuals. Previous experience within the-armed forces, where skills such as discipline, resilience, teamwork and maintaining calm under pressure are highly transferable.
