This is a genuinely rewarding opportunity to make a real difference. You will support pupils both academically and pastorally , helping them develop confidence, self-belief and positive relationships. The pupils may have a range of SEMH, behavioural and additional learning needs , requiring a personalised, consistent and nurturing approach. Building positive relationships will be central to helping pupils engage, learn and progress. You will plan and deliver engaging lessons, provide pastoral support and positive role modelling, manage behaviour calmly and consistently, and work alongside support staff to help pupils achieve their potential.
