Independent, owner-run construction company seeking to strengthen their Norwich team of structural engineers with an experienced new hire. They are a multi-discipline practice with ethical, sustainable values; their structural design work is varied in sector and scale, from small energy projects to multi-million-pound building developments.

Base pay range£50k-£60k

Responsibilities

Run projects and mentor graduates.

Deliver varied buildings structural design across multiple sectors and scales.

Engage with clients and coordinate with multi-discipline teams.

Qualifications

Varied buildings structural design background.

Excellent communication skills.

Chartered or working towards Chartered status.
