Providing technical input to BESS developments at each stage of the project development lifecycle, including their integration with other electrical or generating plants as necessary. Training, supervising, and reviewing the work of junior and middle-level engineers and being responsible for the level of quality of their work. Advising clients on the project development and execution processes, including key stages, timescales, and risks. Leading and supporting the project and interface management between engineering and environmental disciplines (mechanical, electrical, civil, control and instrumentation, planning, environmental, etc).
