This is a fantastic opportunity for an electrically biased engineer with strong design experience and a genuine interest in energy, building performance, and decarbonisation.You will join the Operational Assets team, working on a wide range of commercial, residential, education, healthcare, retail, and industrial projects. The practice places a strong emphasis on using real metered data, BMS data and performance information from existing buildings to design low-energy, high-performance systems that genuinely support clients on their journey towards net zero.The role has evolved to become design-led first, with surveys used specifically to support accurate design rather than forming the bulk of project work. You will work closely with clients, using building data to size systems correctly, optimise energy performance, and deliver intelligent retrofit and refurbishment strategies.
