Senior/Principal Electrical Engineer Building Services

Understanding project briefs and designing/specifying all Electrical Building Services systems.Design and specification of electrical systems including power, earthing, lighting, life safety, telecoms, security, access control, lifts, lightning protection, etc.Producing detailed calculations using industry-standard software such as Excel, Dialux, Amtech, and in-house tools, managing others as needed.Representing the organization at meetings with clients and contractors.Conducting site surveys, inspections, and monitoring site works.Writing reports and technical notes.Maintaining complete records and archives according to company standards.Ensuring adherence to quality, environmental, and governance processes.Qualifications / Experience

Degree or equivalent in Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.Chartered Engineer with CIBSE or IET, or working towards this qualification.Proficiency in digital tools such as CAD, Amtech, Relux, and Microsoft Office.Experience in a design consultancy or contractor design environment is essential.Detailed knowledge of relevant technical standards.Benefits
