This is a fantastic opportunity to take full commercial ownership of a £30m NEC4 Option A rail project, managing all commercial activities from quotation stage through to final account whilst becoming the key commercial interface with the client. You will also provide leadership and oversight to a team of Quantity Surveyors managing smaller rail and infrastructure schemes, ensuring commercial best practice is maintained across the portfolio. This role would suit an experienced Senior QS looking to step into a Managing QS position, or an established Managing Quantity Surveyor seeking a high-profile rail project offering both project ownership and wider team leadership responsibilities.
