Senior/Associate Building Surveyor

A well-established multi-disciplinary property consultancy is seeking a Senior / Associate Building Surveyor to join its Bromley office. This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected practice with a strong presence in the public sector, delivering a varied workload across education, residential and civic projects.

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing projects from inception through to completion while working closely with an experienced and collaborative team. • Salary: -65,000 - -80,000 DOE
• Hybrid working: 3 days in the office and 2 days from home
• 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
• Additional 3 discretionary days leave over the Christmas period

• Deliver building surveying and project management instructions from cradle to grave
• Manage a diverse portfolio of public sector, residential and education projects
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Oversee contract administration and project delivery
• Mentor and support junior members of the team where appropriate

• MRICS qualified or working towards Chartership
• Consultancy background within Building Surveying
• Strong project management experience
• Comfortable managing projects independently
• Experience across public sector projects would be advantageous
• Previous mentoring experience beneficial
• Stable career history
• Full UK driving licence
