Working to exceptional standards, you will help ensure every product leaving the workshop is produced to the highest level of quality. Duties and Responsibilities: Wire and assemble decorative light fittings from technical drawings. Carry out electrical testing, fault finding and quality inspections prior to dispatch. Assemble mechanical components to exacting standards. Interpret engineering drawings, bills of materials and production documentation. Support prototype builds and contribute to continuous product improvement. Mentor and assist junior workshop technicians, sharing knowledge and best practices.
