Senior Workforce Development Officer

Do you want to shape a workforce that''s changing what inclusive sport looks like? As our Senior Workforce Development Officer, you''ll lead the growth and quality of around 50 freelance coaches and volunteers, many of whom are disabled people, and champion Inclusive Activity Leaders, our unique programme that upskills disabled coaches and promotes inclusive practice. Working with a high degree of independence, you will be responsible for workforce strategy, recruitment, training, quality assurance and compliance. You will oversee Inclusive Activity Leaders from planning through to recruitment, delivery, evaluation and funder reporting, and work alongside our training consultant to deliver our UK training offer.
