You''ll make sure every job is properly planned, allocated, monitored and ultimately completed - with nothing falling through the cracks.If you''re highly organised, comfortable managing a busy workload and used to coordinating engineers across multiple jobs, this could be an excellent next move.The RoleYou''ll oversee Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, remedial works and smaller projects from the initial instruction right through to completion and close-out.Your responsibilities will include:Managing incoming client instructions, purchase orders, reactive call-outs and planned maintenance worksCreating and managing jobs through internal systems and client portalsPlanning and scheduling engineers and field-based teamsManaging daily and weekly PPM schedules and ensuring works are completed on timeMonitoring reactive jobs from initial call-out through to repair and completionCoordinating small projects and remedial works, including labour, ..... full job details .....
