Key Responsibilities:

Manage a diverse caseload of wills, probate, estate planning, and administration matters.Provide expert legal advice to clients on all aspects of wills, probate and lasting powers of attorney.Draft and review legal documents related to wills, trusts, estates and lasting powers of attorney.Liaise with clients, beneficiaries, and other professionals to ensure smooth administration of estates.Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

Experience in private client work, probate, estate administration, Wills and LPAs.Strong knowledge of relevant laws and practices.Excellent client management and communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload.
