The Senior website content officer is responsible for making sure our small portfolio of websites are accurate, up to date and easy to use. With the support of other marketing colleagues, you''ll be responsible for producing and overseeing the production of a mix of content - from copy to images and video - ensuring it''s SEO optimised, accessible to all users and consistent with our visual and verbal brand. You''ll conduct content audits to identify gaps and redundancies. You''ll assess user journeys and website structure - making recommendations for optimisation. You''ll plan content schedules that align with organisational comms planning processes. You''ll train people in the use of Wordpress and in writing for web. And you''ll work with the Website manager and Marketing Insights officer to produce reports on performance.
