Group Stock Controller / Senior Warehouse Operative
The Role

This is a varied position combining approximately 50% warehouse operations and 50% stock control/administration.

• Receiving and booking in deliveries
• Organising stock efficiently to maximise warehouse space and accessibility
• Picking orders using a Counterbalance FLT
• Loading vehicles and supporting drivers with dispatch operations
• Managing large façade panels and associated accessories safely and efficiently
• Ensuring stock is accurately labelled and stored
• Maintaining stock records, paperwork, and system updates
• Updating and managing stock information within NetSuite
• Helping to ensure the warehouse remains organised, safe, and operating to a high standard at all times

What We''re Looking For

We''re seeking a reliable and hands-on individual who will become the trusted second-in-command within a small team.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous warehouse and stock control experience
• Counterbalance FLT experience (licence preferred but not essential if experience is strong)
• Confidence operating FLT equipment safely and efficiently
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Experience with stock management systems (NetSuite experience advantageous)
• The ability to work accurately while maintaining a good pace
• A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of their area
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Most importantly, you''ll be dependable, diligent, and committed to keeping the warehouse running smoothly and efficiently.
