Senior FLT Warehouse Operative Location: Bootle, L20 Pay: 14.00 - 15.50 Shifts: 7am-3pm / 3pm-11pm / 11pm-7am (occasionally) rotating Days: Monday-Friday We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Warehouse Operative with FLT who would like an opportunity and a career progression pathway into Team Leader and Management positions. Joining a busy warehouse and distribution operation based in Bootle This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who is looking to develop their career, with a clear progression plan to move into a Team Leader position and become part of the warehouse management team. Key Responsibilities Operating a Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently Using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to manage stock movements and inventory accuracy Loading and unloading vehicles Moving stock and materials throughout the warehouse Supporting goods-in, goods-out and stock control processes Assisting with inventory checks and cycle counts Providing day-to-day support and guidance to warehouse operatives Helping to maintain high standards of productivity, accuracy and health and safety Assisting supervisors and management with operational requirements Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment Training to become part of the management team Requirements Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (RTITB, ITSSAR or equivalent) Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Strong understanding of warehouse operations and stock control ..... full job details .....
