Berry Recruitment are NOW hiring for a committed and experienced Senior Warehouse Operative to work for a company in Wantage, Oxfordshire.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional who is ready to take on additional responsibility and develop their leadership skills in a supportive and ambitious business.Role: Senior Warehouse OperativeSalary: £30,000 per annumLocation Wantage, OxfordshireHours: Monday - Friday - 08:30 - 17:30Key Responsibilities of the Senior Warehouse OperativeStock Control: Checking, booking in and replenishing stock accurately.Order Fulfilment: Picking, packing and dispatching orders efficiently and accurately.Inventory Management: Supporting stock takes and helping maintain excellent stock accuracy.Team Support: Assisting Warehouse Assistants, ensuring tasks are completed correctly and to agreed timescales.Compliance: Supporting ISO accreditation activities, Health and Safety requirements and risk assessments.Administration: Ensuring all warehouse paperwork is completed, filed and archived correctly.Collaboration: Responding to warehouse requests and queries from departments across the business.Courier Coordination: Liaising with couriers to ensure items are collected, shipped and tracked promptly.Leadership: Providing day-to-day support to the Warehouse Manager and deputising when required.About you:Warehouse Experience: Previous experience working within a warehouse environment is essential.Team Leadership: Experience ..... full job details .....
