Senior WandI Claims Advocate

A Lloyd''s Broker seek an experienced WandI claims professional. In this exciting role, you will be primarily responsible for the management, strategy and process for the agreement, collection and successful settlement of a portfolio of Financial Lines claims. The successful applicant will have a good knowledge of Warranty and Indemnity (WandI) claims and the confidence to co-ordinate and initiate discussions with networks, clients, underwriters and experts. A good understanding of ECF will be advantageous. This will be a hybrid role, with lots of flexibility to work from home. Duties and Responsibilities First notification of loss for WandI claims.Negotiation and liaison with markets, clients, placement teams, specialists, network offices, underwriters and appointed authorities (loss adjusters, lawyers etc).Conduct data analysis to establish the claims history for a particular client or business portfolio, and to identify trends and patterns in claims for a client or business segment.Negotiate the payment and settlement of claims with clients and underwriters.Co-ordinate discussions and meetings to ensure a superior level of communication between the client, underwriters and their representatives concerning the proposed settlement. ..... full job details .....
