Senior Volunteer Manager

Job Title: Senior Volunteer Manager Reporting To: Head of Volunteering Salary Range: £40,00 - £45,000 Contract Type: Permanent Direct Reports: 7 situated across England. Location: London, Hybrid with frequent travel to sites across England. Hours/Days per week: 35 hours per week, 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday. Requirements: Felix only employs applicants who currently have the right to work in the UK. We will carry out a DBS check for the successful candidate. Purpose of the Job We are looking for the Senior Volunteer Managerto play a key role in working as part of a team to grow and improve our volunteer programme. Thousands of individuals volunteer regularly across Felix''s four depots, three food production sites and Felix''s UK''s three regional centres and, with a smaller number in Fundraising and other teams. We aim to improve our volunteer programme, as well as develop new opportunities, and make Felix a great place to volunteer.
