Senior Voids SurveyorHome Counties Up to £62,000 Goodman Masson is proud to be partnering with a housing association to recruit a Senior Voids SurveyorThis is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced surveying professional to take a lead role in the effective management and delivery of the organisation''s voids service. You will be responsible for ensuring properties are assessed, works are appropriately specified and homes are returned to a safe, compliant and lettable standard in a timely and cost-effective way. As Senior Voids Surveyor, you will provide technical surveying expertise across the organisation''s void properties, overseeing works from initial inspection and specification through to completion and handover.You will be responsible for ensuring void works are delivered to a high standard, within agreed timescales and budgets, while identifying opportunities to improve performance, reduce turnaround times and deliver value for money. The Role Undertaking detailed surveys and inspections of void properties, identifying required works and potential risks. Preparing specifications, schedules of work and cost estimates for void works. Managing and monitoring contractors to ensure works are delivered within agreed timescales, budgets and quality standards. Undertaking post-inspections and quality checks to ensure works have been completed in line with specification.
