Are you an experienced Sinor Voids Surveyor Are you experienced in diagnosing building defects and recommending the associated remedial action? My client in South London- are looking for someone to join their defects team. You will be working on site to carry out these diagnoses across the borough.
- Line management of Voids Surveyors
- Working with in-house operatives to ensure completions of works to correct standard
- Contract manage external or specialist contractors when required
- Delivery quality assurance of surveys completed
- Write specifications of works as required
- Manage workflow and output of team, ensuring productivity
- Deliver value for money and quality within time constraints
- Technical point of liaison for complex works
- Meet agreed KPIs
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and other teams
- Report to head of service and deliver data as required

Preferred Education and Experience
- An appropriate qualification or significant experience in procurement or a related field
- A degree in a relevant subject (e.g. Construction, Surveying or Property
