Senior Veterinary Surgeon required for Unicorn Vets- Park SurgeryAbout the Practice
Unicorn Vets is a group of two practices (Fairfield, and Park) that has been in the Southampton area for over 30 years. You will be based at our Park branch.Role and Responsibilities
Provide veterinary clinical care with a mix of consults and surgeryEncourage case continuity and support the client/pet/vet bondSupport career development and discuss specialism or certificatesWork Pattern
Typically, the full-time position is 40 hours per week, spread over 4 or 5 days with a mix of earlies and lates (latest finish is 7pm)1:6 share in the Saturday rota (finish at 12:30pm) and there is no OOHPart-time applicants are welcome and rota patterns can be fixed or flexed to suit youLocation and Environment

State-of-the-art equipment including digital X-ray, in-house haematology and biochemistry (including SDMA, T4 and other extended panels), endoscopy, ultrasound with echocardiography, capnography, tonometry and ECG.Team and Support
