This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident clinician who enjoys hands-on veterinary work while also playing a key role in mentoring colleagues, supporting the team, and helping to shape the future of the practice.
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality veterinary care in both consultations and surgery
Support, mentor, and inspire junior vets and nurses
Work alongside the management team to maintain clinical standards and protocols
Lead by example with clear, compassionate communication
Contribute to the growth and ongoing success of the practice
This role is ideal for either an established Senior Vet or a confident Veterinary Surgeon looking to step into a leadership position.
Rota and Work-Life Balance
40-hour working week, with Saturday mornings on a shared rota (time off in lieu)
No out-of-hours or on-call
Flexible rota patterns available to support your work-life balance
