Senior Vet - Equine

Are you an experienced Equine Veterinarian looking for a clear step into clinical leadership? This growing practice in Canterbury, Kent is looking for a Senior Vet to guide operations and lead the team.

This is a key leadership position within a well-established practice. You will oversee daily clinical operations, mentor junior and graduate vets, and handle complex cases around the Kent area.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Oversee clinical workflow and day-to-day operations at the Canterbury practice.
• Provide caseload guidance, mentorship, and clinical oversight to junior and graduate vets.
• Lead on advanced diagnostics, complex casework, and surgical or medical escalations.
• Maintain high standards of client communication and patient care throughout Kent.

About You:

• You are a confident, highly capable Equine Vet with significant post-qualification experience. 
• You possess strong diagnostic abilities, enjoy sharing knowledge with rising talent, and thrive when managing complex cases. 
• Prior operational management or clinical director experience is beneficial, but strong clinical capability combined with leadership potential is equally welcomed.
