Senior Venue AV Events Technician

Based in a 5 Star Venue in London

Package - Overtime
Driving licence required
Basic hours 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday, however due to the nature of the role, there will be some evening and weekend requirements which will be paid in overtime

Do you have experience as an AV technician and looking for your next role? We are looking for a candidate who has a proven interest in the live event industry, ideally with hands on knowledge of audio visual, sound, lighting, rigging, set and staging equipment.

Duties in the role will include:

* Servicing and coordinate all AV requirements as requested by clients through the events team
* Offering technical advice and support to the clients and and events team
* Ensuring all kit is set up for events neatly and tidy and to a high standard
* Keeping an ongoing stock check of equipment on site
* Acting as a project lead with the support of live project managers for larger events
* Working with the hotel staff to ensure each room has correctly set up required AV equipment
* Generating proposals for events and work directly with clients to ensure that their events run smoothly
