Senior Vehicle Technician required for Automotive professional independent garage in the Leamington Spa area.

Our Client, an Automotive independent garage is currently seeking a Senior Vehicle Technician to join their team of hardworking Vehicle Technicians.
 
Benefits:

- Salary: Basic salary between £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience (overtime potential + bonus)
- Working Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 1 in 3 Saturdays on a rota)
- Benefits: 24 days holiday + bank holiday, Overtime paid at time and a half + productivity bonus, Pension and sick pay scheme.
- Overtime and Bonus: Time and a half for overtime, with a productivity bonus scheme offering an extra £200 - £500 per month on a sliding scale.
- Work Schedule: 40-hour work week with 1 in 3 Saturdays on a rota.
- Leave: 24 days of annual paid leave, increasing with service.
- Benefits: Pension scheme and sick pay scheme.

Responsibilities:

- Diagnosing Complex Faults
- Offering your expertise as a Senior Vehicle Technician to colleagues and supporting them within the workshop
- Working on Complex Repairs
- Assisting the ‘newer’ members of the team with their training
- Working closely with the Workshop Controller 

Requirements:

- Be a fully qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- Experience within a Senior Vehicle Technician position in a Franchised environment
- A strong working experience within Diagnostic Repair
- Methodical problem-solving skills

For your hard work our Client you will be rewarded with a basic salary of up to £40,000.

The hours of this Senior Vehicle Technician role 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 1 in 3 Saturdays on a rota) .
