Senior Vehicle Technician

Senior Vehicle Technician required in the Croydon area.

Our Client, an Automotive workshop team is currently seeking a Senior Vehicle Technician to join their team of hardworking Vehicle Technicians.

Responsibilities:

- Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicles, with an emphasis on quality and efficiency.
- Offer technical guidance and support to other technicians, helping to resolve challenging issues promptly.
- Maintain high standards of work and ensure all repairs comply with manufacturer specifications.
- Contribute to team development by sharing expertise and best practices.
- Record all work accurately and complete documentation in accordance with company procedures.
- Keep current with the latest diagnostic tools and technical developments, especially regarding dealer diagnostics, with an openness to working across multiple brands including BMW, Audi, VW, Mercedes, and more.
- Support the upcoming development of a new workshop

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Master Technician, Technician, or LCV Technician.
- Strong diagnostic skills and experience working with dealer-level diagnostics.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- Flexible to work across multiple vehicle brands, including luxury and commercial vehicles.
- Valid qualifications in vehicle technology and relevant industry certifications.

For your hard work our client you will be rewarded with a basic salary of up to £45,000.

The hours of this Senior Vehicle Technician role are Monday to Friday: 8:00 am – 5:30 pm, with two breaks and a 30-minute lunch break with Saturdays being  8:30 am – 1:00 pm (rotational).
