Vehicle Technician / Workshop Supervisor £34,000 £40,000 + Monthly Profit Share + Annual Bonus + Pension + Christmas Bonus + Benefits Monday Friday Only No Weekends Our client are a long established, very busy, family run garage with an excellent local reputation and due to continued demand, they are looking for experienced Vehicle Technicians, ideally with some management or supervisory experience. What We re Offering up to £40k basic salary (OTE £46,000) Monthly profit share Annual bonus Christmas bonus Company pension Monday Friday only no Saturdays or Sundays Excellent working conditions in a friendly, long standing team What We re Looking For Experienced Vehicle Technician or Mechanic (minimum 6 years experience) Full UK driving licence Strong diagnostics and repair capability Ability to interpret schematics and technical information Confident using hand and power tools Good customer service and communication skills Mature judgement, strong decision making and the ability to price jobs accurately Management or supervisory experience is highly desirable The Role As a Motor Vehicle Technician/ Mechanic, you will play a key role in ensuring vehicles are repaired, serviced and maintained to the highest standards.
