A well-established garage in Oxfordshire is looking for a hands-on Senior Vehicle Technician. This is a chance to take the lead as Supervisor in a busy, modern workshop where quality and customer trust are everything.What you ll do as the Senior Vehicle Technician: Lead complex diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of vehicles.Mentor and guide junior technicians and apprentices.Oversee daily workshop operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and top-quality workmanship.Support the owner in building a high-performance, professional team. Requirements of the Senior Vehicle Technician: NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent).MOT Tester qualification.10+ years vehicle mechanics experience, including diagnostics.Full UK Driving Licence.Experience supervising or mentoring is a bonus.
