The client is seeking someone who holds an MRICS and Registered Valuer status as well as 4-6 years experience.Your new role Valuation of commercial properties including portfolios - primarily offices, retail, mixed-use including residential element and industrial in LondonIndependent preparation of valuation reports within agreed timescales and in compliance with client SLA''s primarily for secured lending in addition to taxation, pension funds and accountingValuation of land for commercial and mixed-use to include the provision of development appraisals where applicableAcquisition and disposal surveysTake accurate measurements of sites and properties in accordance with the RICS Code of Measuring PracticeRecord file notes in a format acceptable to PII insurers and corporate customers including photographs of the subject property, floor plans and site notesValue properties by applying expert knowledge and awareness of the local property marketsAPC guidance to more junior team membersWhat you''ll need to succeed MRICS qualified and RICS Registered Valuer status are essentialBetween 3-6 years PQEFull UK driving licenseWhat you''ll get in return Offering a Salary ranging from £50,000 - £60,000+ depending upon experience.Great comission package + benefitsWhat you need to do now If you''re interested in this role, click ..... full job details .....
