You will lead research that informs product and design decisions, ensuring the customer voice is central to how digital services evolve.This is a hands-on senior role suited to someone who can work strategically and tactically, delivering clear, actionable insight that helps teams move quickly and make confident decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver qualitative and mixed-method UX research across digital productsIdentify key research questions and select the most effective research approachWork closely with product, design, CX, data, and stakeholders to inform decision-makingConduct interviews, usability testing, concept testing, and journey researchSynthesise insights and translate findings into clear, practical recommendationsSupport product discovery, design iteration, and journey improvementsBring customer insight into prioritisation, design decisions, and product strategyBalance research depth with speed and practicality in fast-paced teamsEssential SkillsStrong experience in UX research within digital product environmentsProven ability to run end-to-end qualitative researchExcellent moderation, synthesis, and storytelling skillsAbility to translate research into insight that shapes product and design decisionsExperience working ..... full job details .....
