In this role you''ll work alongside a multidisciplinary team to understand user needs, identify opportunities for improvements and ensure services are designed around the people who use them. Key responsibilities: Leading user research across discovery, alpha, beta and live phases. Planning and conducting interviews, usability testing, contextual research and workshops. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams to shape products and services. Synthesising research findings into clear insights and recommendations. Helping teams understand the needs, behaviours and priorities of users. Supporting service design, product and delivery decisions through evidence.
