Lead discovery and usability research from concept through to live productUse a range of methods (interviews, surveys, usability testing, analytics) to understand user needs and behavioursTranslate insights into clear, actionable recommendations for product and design teamsShare findings widely and help shape research practices within the teamWhat we’re looking for

Strong track record in discovery-focused research, ideally with
