      <description>Location: Manchester | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Senior UX Researcher at AJ Bell to help shape the future of our D2C (Direct-to-consumer) experience. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our products by helping AJ Bell better understand our customers and make smarter, insight-driven decisions that enhance their experience.Reporting to the UX Research Lead, you will lead complex, higher-risk, and strategically significant research across our D2C proposition, working closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, and other stakeholders to uncover meaningful insight and shape decision-making.Working within an established UX Research function, you will contribute to a growing body of customer understanding while helping to raise the quality, consistency and impact of research through your expertise and judgement.
