Role Title: Senior UX DesignerLocation: London/2-3 days onsite/weekDuration: 31/05/2027 Role Description: Join us as a Senior UX Designer in the (XDP) team, helping shape the shared experiences, design foundations and future-facing capabilities that underpin digital products. We are building a platform-first design ecosystem where experiences are enabled through design systems, reusable patterns, accessibility standards and Al-assisted workflows. This role will help define how design is practised, scaled and delivered across the client, ensuring teams can create consistent, high-quality experiences at pace. To be successful as a Senior UX Designer, you should have the following essential skills: Extensive experience designing complex digital products and services across web and mobile platforms. Expertise in user-centred design practices, including interaction design, information architecture, journey mapping and prototyping. Strong experience facilitating design discovery, workshops and collaborative design activities with cross-functional teams. Ability to translate customer, business and technical requirements into clear, actionable design solutions.
