to join the team. This is a role for someone passionate about

user experience methodologies

- research, iteration, and product thinking - not just making things look good in Figma.

What You\''ll Do

Own user journeys across multiple products.

Simplify complex data flows into intuitive experiences.

Run research, usability testing, and discovery workshops.

Work with product and engineering to deliver seamless experiences.

Champion UX across the organisation.

What We\''re Looking For

Strong experience in UX design for SaaS / data products.

Research-driven, process-oriented, and collaborative.

Client-facing and able to communicate design decisions clearly.

Figma and UI skills welcome, but

UX methodologies are the priority .
