Senior UX Designer

Job DescriptionAs AJ Bell continues to grow, we''re recruiting for a Senior UX Designer to produce designs for our award-winning platforms. This is an opportunity to play a key role within our UX team, influencing design direction, championing user-centred thinking, and helping to establish a shared UX vision across the business. We''re looking for someone with at least six years'' UX experience and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.What you''ll do: Creativity: demonstrate expertise in creating seamless user experiences across all digital channels.Ownership: help lead the end-to-end UX design process across product areas.Design leadership: assist with the strategic planning of design initiatives, aligning design efforts with broader business goals.Brand knowledge: follow and contribute to wider branding initiatives and help facilitate our brand promise of "feel good investing" into different experiences.Design Systems: create and maintain components in a Figma library, bringing creative ideas to help iteration.Contribute to the development of our new design guidelines and component libraries.Collaboration: collaborate with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams, playing a key role in fostering strong partnerships and a culture of collaboration.Decision making: make informed and strategic decisions in the design process, balancing user needs, business considerations and creative goals.Research: illustrate skills in designing and overseeing ..... full job details .....
