Are you an experienced and technically rigorous Senior Utility Surveyor looking to take complete project ownership within an established, quality-focused surveying practice? A Leading Specialist is expanding its operations and seeking a highly skilled Senior Utility Surveyor to cover Herefordshire, the West Midlands, and UK-wide project sites. This is a pivotal role offering the chance to lead complex subsurface utility mapping projects from initial site mark-outs through to final CAD deliverables, whilst mentoring developing surveyors in the field. The Opportunity: You will play a vital role in delivering end-to-end utility detection workflows to strict compliance standards. Your day-to-day remit involves:Planning and executing PAS 128 Type B subsurface utility surveys using advanced GPR and EML detection equipment.Collecting high-precision survey points using GPS and processing raw field data into accurate drawings via BricsCAD and AutoCAD.Taking full technical ownership of projects from initial field mark-out through to completed client drawings.Working alongside and mentoring assistant and trainee utility surveyors, providing practical on-site guidance and quality assurance.
